2019

Lux Capital is founded in Seychelles with the mission of transforming the investment market and setting a new standard of excellence.

2020

We relocated our operations to Wyoming, USA, where digital asset legislation is more advanced, ensuring greater fiscal and commercial security for our clients.

2021

In periods of heightened volatility and global challenges, Lux Capital has maintained an approach grounded in discipline, responsible management, and the preservation of solid structures.

2022 and 2023

Consolidation of its global presence, with growing operations in countries such as New Zealand and across the Latin American market.

2024

  • Opened our second U.S. office in New York City, further strengthening our operations in the country.

 

  • Registered as a Money Service Business (MSB) with operations as a Money Transmitter in the U.S.
